The Society for the Anthropology of Europe (SAE) announces its annual Graduate Student Paper Prize


  • Student must be in M.A. or PhD. program
  • Submissions must be under the 9000 word limit.
  • The paper must deal with some aspect of Europeanist anthropology and/or Europeanist anthropology’s contribution to the broader field of anthropology. (This rule will be interpreted liberally to include papers of a comparative and/or theoretical nature.)

The prize winner will receive $400 in travel reimbursements for the 2015 AAA meeting. The winner and four finalists will be invited to participate in the SAE Roundtable event at the 2015 AAA meeting.
