2015 Douglass Prize Winner Announced

Douglass Prize was awarded to Lilith Mahmud for The Brotherhood of Freemason Sisters: Gender, Secrecy and Fraternity in Italian Masonic Lodges (University of Chicago Press, 2014). Honors and Awards
The Society for the Anthropology of Europe (SAE) announces its annual Graduate Student Paper Prize
On March 1, 2015 by Roland MooreRegulations:
- Student must be in M.A. or PhD. program
- Submissions must be under the 9000 word limit.
- The paper must deal with some aspect of Europeanist anthropology and/or Europeanist anthropology’s contribution to the broader field of anthropology. (This rule will be interpreted liberally to include papers of a comparative and/or theoretical nature.)
The prize winner will receive $400 in travel reimbursements for the 2015 AAA meeting. The winner and four finalists will be invited to participate in the SAE Roundtable event at the 2015 AAA meeting.
